They joined together to create the Centre for Conflict Resolution, devoted to fostering peaceful conflict management techniques throughout society as a critical complement to use of force.
CENCOR invited Ginny and other Mediators Beyond Borders members to provide full 40-hour mediator certification trainings to business and government leaders.
After a series of trainings, workshop participants planned to integrate these skills into a range of sectors, including:

▪ military ▪ business
▪ youth leadership
